Last week when Eater Austin asked y'all to weigh in on your favorite sliders in town, we weren't doing it for gits and shiggles. We were doing it for your personal gastronomical edification, via Burger Week 2013's Slider Power Hour.

Ramen Tatsu-ya

Ramen Tatsu-Ya recognizes that Austinites cannot live on their top-notch ramen alone, hence their katsu sliders, breaded and deep-fried burger patties served with katsu sauce, on a Hawaiian roll.

This spring, Contigo's offering two sliders, neither for the faint of meaty heart. Choose from ox tongue with pickled green tomato or chicken skin with peanut butter and jelly.

Eater reader Homero Sanchez praises the "huge hunk" of pork belly on the Three Little Pig trailer's "damn tasty" sliders.

Be More Pacific

Be More Pacific's Longanisa sliders—"garlicky sweet handmade pork patty topped with tomato, cilantro, and ranch sauce on toasted sweet Hawaiian rolls"—are a moving target, but the truck spends a lot of time in the north-northwesterly areas of Austin. Keep an eye on their website for their schedule.
