Tiny Lenoir on South First serves an ever-changing seasonal menu. This spring they've brought back their buttermilk rabbit, served this time around with curried sweet potato, radish, and carrot.

Frank's "Jackalope" sausage isn't music to large, furry ears, but it is to ours: "custom-made smoked antelope, rabbit, and pork sausage, cranberry compote, sriracha aioli, cheddar."

Parkside is known for its oysters, but chef Shawn Cirkiel embraces spring meats like lamb, 'spring chicken' and rabbit. His current take pan-sears the rabbit with malted barley, butternut squash, mustard greens, and tomatillos

Hudson's on the Bend has been serving gorgeous food in the gorgeous Lake Travis area for decades, with a menu featuring game meats as well as more familiar classics. In their mixed grill: venison and rabbit tenders.

Qui's ever-changing menu is hard to predict, but their Rabbit 7 Ways was so beloved the staff got matching tattoos. Rabbit is currently on the menu with "hen egg, garden greens, uni bottarga."

Any reason is a good reason to enjoy a meal at Bryce Gilmore's flagship. Their tasting menu currently features "braised rabbit, hay mousse, turnips"
