Cheer Up Charlie's
A place that offers kombucha on tap of course has vegetable drinks among their juice cocktail menu, including the Kale Margarita.
Peché
Peche offers another Bloody Mary variation with the Bloody Caesar, substituting tomato juice with celery juice.
Odd Duck
Odd Duck is friendly with all local farms and this is visible in their cocktail menu, with several vegetable cocktails. There’s the Carrot Moscow Mule, the French Quandry with sunchoke, and the Roquette with an arugula-infused vermouth soda.
Travaasa Austin
The initials in the C&C cocktail stand for celery and cilantro, which are chopped and stirred into the drink, which is garnished with a celery stalk.
