While Central, East, and South Austin may get all the media love when it comes to popular restaurants, dwellers of Northwest Austin have been quietly enjoying some delicious restaurants for years.
In the area (from the Arboretum to 45), there’s gorgeous oysters to slurp at Eddie V’s, comforting pizza and pints at Pour House, and plenty of purple margs to sip at Baby A’s. There’s a plethora of scrumptious Asian cuisines too, including Indian, ramen, sushi, and Chinese. The original location Soto has incredible sushi, Sangam Chettinad has irresistible parotta bread, and the massive H Mart Market Eatery has every kind of kimchi under the sun.
Neighbors and commuters alike will find old favorites and new dishes to try in Northwest Austin.
