To help you navigate through Austin’s latest offerings, here is Eater’s guide to the hottest and newest burgers found in the city within the past year, from new restaurants and food trucks to new menu additions.

For Swift’s Attic’s weekly Monday night burgers, now under chef Rene DeLeon, the downtown restaurant creates 18 burger specials that change every week. There have been collaborative dishes with other Austin restaurants like the ramen burger with broth dip from Swift’s Attic, to other massive concoctions like the Fatty Melt, topped with two grilled cheese sandwiches.
