Hot weather means it’s prime time for frosty beverages, and what better way to indulge than with glasses of the still-trendy frosé (a.k.a. frozen rosé)? Take the summer-perfect wine, freeze it, and viola, it becomes even more seasonally appropriate.

With that, Eater gathered the best spots offering frozen rosé around Austin. Frosé comes in a surprising number of variations throughout Austin. Jo’s Downtown adds lemon juice to accentuate the acidity, while others like urban winery Infinite Monkey Theorem prefer to keep it simple. Whether you enjoy your frosé this summer by a pool at Kitty Cohen’s, or by a rooftop at Azul, be sure to enjoy the warm weather drink. This update adds Hank’s, Juliet Italian Kitchen, and others.

For other cold drinks, scope out the city’s best margaritas, frozen drinks, and, relatedly, best spots for poolside drinking. Otherwise, check out the cocktail heatmap, Austin’s best bars, and a guide to day-drinking in the city.
