The margarita may be the unofficial drink of Austin, but the city boasts a number of great variations on that other citrusy tequila classic, the paloma. Typically made by mixing tequila with grapefruit soda like Jarritos or Squirt, the drink can also feature fresh grapefruit juice. Since there's a lime crisis on, why not switch over to Texas's state fruit, the grapefruit?
