10 Irish (or Vaguely Irish) Eats and Drinks for St. Paddy's

View as Map

Undoubtedly, there are Austinites who intend to hit Dirty Sixth and pound beers the Monday after SXSW simply because it is St. Patrick's Day. Just a guess: precious few of them are Eater readers. But a week-long free booze bender is no reason to skip out on St. Patrick. There's nothing like strong beer, good whiskey, and lamb stew to cure hangover. And if that doesn't work, an Irish coffee and/or a cupcake should.

Check out Eater's recommendations for the best in St. Paddy's eating and drinking below. From a full Irish breakfast at Drink.Well to Fado's weekend-long blowout, there's something for everyone.
