Austin’s favorite taco trailer Veracruz All Natural introduces its very first brick and mortar restaurant in Round Rock this week. The menu will include the same popular tacos (migas included), accompanied with quesadillas, tortas, smoothies, juices, and aguas frescas. Co-owner and chef Reyna Vasquez will also play around with special items, like enchiladas.

Eater photographer Robert J. Lerma got to tour the new space before Friday, which features the Veracruz signature blue, wood paneling, and outdoor seats. The new location debuts with a party, full of music, free beer, and a special dinner spotlighting fried fish, all beginning at 5 p.m.
Vazquez told Eater previously that Veracruz isn't ruling out an Austin brick and mortar—she and sister Maritza are just looking for the right fit that would "compliment our existing food trucks, but offer our clients something new." There are already three food trucks in Austin, the original on Cesar Chavez, one with Radio Coffee on Manchaca Road, and the third at the back of Hotel Vegas on East 6th Street.
