Go Inside Shawn Cirkiel’s Tapas Haven Bullfight, Opening Today

Bullfight, the latest undertaking from Shawn Cirkiel, will bring tapas and wines to Hyde Park starting today. The southern Spain menu ranges from snacks and tapas to small plates, including cured meats, cheese, paella, crudos, and steak. Erica Waksumski will dish up her takes on Spanish desserts. For drinks, there are cocktails, sherry, vermouth, and more wines. Take a tour of the space’s warm and polished space, wrapped in wood, tiles, and brick with pops of yellow. And yes, there’s a patio.

This is Cirkiel’s fourth current project, along with Parkside, The Backspace, and Olive & June. It’s also one of the first of many anticipated openings for the fall.
