Austin greasy spoon Phoebe’s Diner will be opening its third location next year in North Austin. The new restaurant will be found 12001 Burnet Road in the Gracy Farms neighborhood starting on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

Phoebe’s Diner is known for serving brunch and comfort food like biscuits, fried chicken and grits, pancakes, deep fried French toast, and sandwiches. The Gracy Farms location will have the same menu as the other two locations.

The new restaurant will be the largest location of Phoebe’s. This includes a wraparound patio and a private dining room that can seat up to 30 people. It took over what was the final location of Austin Chicago-style deep dish pizza restaurant Mangia Pizza.

Phoebe’s co-owners Robert Tran, Eric Tran, and Quang Chau and chef Camden Stuerzenberger opened the original restaurant on Oltorf in 2017. The diner is named after Stuerzenberger’s daughter. They expanded with a downtown location in 2021.
