A new all-day restaurant, Creekhouse, is coming to Wimberley in early July. It will open next to Cypress Creek at 14015 Ranch Road 12 in Wimberley Square.

Creekhouse will serve brunch, lunch, and dinner with a heavy focus on Southern-tinged comfort food. That means items like hot honey chicken biscuit bites, Creole pork rind nachos, brisket ramen, tacos, and more. The restaurant will also serve beer and wine and have a full bar.

The restaurant has a large deck with prime views of the creek, and will eventually host live music and community events in the space.

Creekhouse is owned by a group of friends who live in Wimberley. Executive chef and culinary director Mark Grimes has 30 years of experience in restaurants in the United States (including Chicago) and Europe.

Creekhouse will open in early July, with hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
