Swifty’s serves a menu of family-friendly items like build-your-own pizzas, salads, pastas, and appetizers like chicken noodle soup and fried mozzarella sticks. There are also desserts like a Hostess cupcake, soft serve, and cookies, The restaurant will serve cocktails, beer, and wine.
As the restaurant was inspired by co-owners Adam Jacoby and Kris Swift’s young twin boys, Swift centered the design full of nostalgic details with bright colors and a playlist to remind diners of middle school mix tapes.
Jacoby and Swift opened Jacoby’s in 2014, followed by Grizzelda’s in 2016. The beef for all the restaurants is sourced from the family’s ranch in Melvin, Texas. Executive chef Brandon Fuller (who is also executive chef at Jacoby’s) previously worked at Italian restaurant Juliet Italian Kitchen and now-closed Cafe Josie.
Swifty’s is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 11 p.m.
