Joining the illustrious ranks of Mariah Carey, Guy Fieri is rolling out his own ghost kitchen in Austin with Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen. It’s now open at 3612 Tudor Boulevard in the Gateway area.

The menu is pretty typical maximum-calorie, exclamation-point-filled Fieri fare: cheesesteak egg rolls, wings, sandwiches, and a bacon mac and cheese burger with Fieri’s signature donkey sauce. There are also a few salads, dessert, and sodas. Flavortown Kitchen is delivery-only.

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen comes courtesy Virtual Dining Concepts LLC, which also runs Mariah’s Cookies (which now has another location in West Campus) and Tyga Bites, which delivers boneless chicken nuggets from rapper Tyga (although Tyga Bites is not available in Austin). There are two future restaurants on deck for the company too, though it isn’t clear whether these will open in Austin: Mario’s Tortas Lopez from actor and celebrity host Mario Lopez and Pauly D’s Italian Subs from Jersey Shore’s Pauly D.

Virtual Dining Concepts is owned by Robert Earl, the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood. Earl and Fieri have worked together frequently on a fast-casual chicken restaurant called Chicken Guy.

Fellow Food Network star Rachael Ray also had a virtual restaurant through Uber Eats in 2019, though it was not part of Virtual Dining Concepts.

Flavortown Kitchen is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Order online for deliveries.
