Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew Opens a Barbecue Restaurant in Cedar Park

Brentwood barbecue restaurant Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew is expanding with a second location up in Cedar Park, as reported by Community Impact and confirmed by co-owner Catherine Stiles.

The new restaurant will be found at 800 West Whitestone Boulevard. It’s set to open on Friday, August 21, according to its Twitter page. It opens at 11 a.m. with dine-in service and to-go orders made in person.

“Our goal is to recreate our original location and thank the Cedar Park community for all of the years of support they have shown us,” Stiles told Eater. The restaurant is known for its Texas barbecue staples (brisket, smoked turkey, sausages), as well as meaty sandwiches, smoked chicken wings, Frito pies, and desserts.

Stiles, co-owner Shane Stiles, and pitmaster Lance Kirkpatrick opened the original barbecue restaurant on 6610 North Lamar Boulevard in 2011. They, along with partner and Lenoir co-owner Todd Duplechan, opened The Switch, a barbecue and Cajun restaurant, in Dripping Springs in 2018. Currently, both restaurants are open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery service.
