Pop diva Mariah Carey has launched a cookie delivery service, and it’s available now in Austin. Local deliveries are being made from the Arboretum at 3612 Tudor Boulevard.
Dubbed “Mariah’s Cookies,” the cookies come in several flavors: chocolate chunk, triple chocolate chunk, lemon cooler, spiced oatmeal raisin, and Heath bar. There are also two seasonal flavors: pumpkin and gingerbread cookies. The cookies are available in packs of six or 12, with the ability to mix and match flavors or choose a predetermined package. The service also offers soda and water.
Mariah’s Cookies is a partnership between the singer and Virtual Dining Concepts, which is owned by Robert Earl, the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood. Virtual Dining Concepts has also partnered with celebrities for services like Tyga Bites, which delivers boneless chicken nuggets from rapper Tyga.
Mariah’s Cookies has rolled out the delivery service across more than 30 cities nationwide, including Dallas and Houston. The cookies can be ordered directly from the site or through most third-party delivery apps, including Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and more.
It’s unclear if Carey herself has tried the cookies as she claimed in a 2016 interview she only eats Norwegian salmon and capers.
