Korean Restaurant Outpost Closure
North Austin Korean restaurant Seoulju is closing up its delivery/takeout-only outpost within Kitchen United Mix, because of “these uncertain times,” as owner John Lee explains on Instagram. Its last day of service at the ghost kitchen hub will be on Saturday, November 21. He urges people to order directly through ChowNow rather than third-party companies, to “help us save on commissions.” This outpost opened in July as a way to expand and increase profits for the restaurant. The original restaurant on 9515 North Lamar Boulevard is remaining open.
