Arrive East Austin Hotel’s fancy new rooftop bar obsessed with gin, the appropriately named Gin Bar, opens tomorrow, Thursday, August 8th. The second-floor bar is located at 1813 East Sixth Street.

Gin Bar serves over 60 types of gin from around the world, all curated by beverage director Lindsay Drew. The menu includes three signature martinis and gin cocktails (like The Eastside with Dripping Springs gin, cucumber, lime, and elderflower tonic) along with wine (including the full list from Vixen’s) and beer. Check out the full menu below.

The patio cocktail bar has a capacity of 50 people and is located on the second floor of the hotel, above Lefty’s. Its hours are from 6 p.m. until closing (which varies depending on the night’s traffic) Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Drew also oversees drinks for the hotel’s other restaurants, which are overseen by Lenoir chef Todd Duplechan: the Goan Vixen’s Wedding and casual Cajun bar Lefty’s.

With the opening of Gin Bar, all four of the restaurants within the hotel are now open: Lefty’s and Vixen’s Wedding opened in July, followed by Arizona-based mini-chain Cartel Coffee Bar (which Duplechan is not involved with) a week later.
