Rainey Street Burger Night
Tiniest bar Little Brother is hosting co-owner Matthew Bolick’s recurring burger parties. The Bad Larry Burger Club will feature burgers cooked by Bolick himself. It takes place tonight, Friday, August 16 starting at 7:30 p.m. There will be drinks made with mezcal from Gem & Bolt too.

Upcoming New Braunfels Restaurant
The owner of New Braunfels restaurant Krause’s Cafe and Biergarten, Ron Snider, is opening a new restaurant next door to the historic Krause’s, to be found on 188 South Castell Avenue. 188 South is an upscale restaurant that will focus on cocktails and pizza from Krause’s executive chef Jeremy Acuna. It’s set to open on Saturday, August 31 for dinner.

El Paso Donations
Chinese-American food delivery service Tso Delivery is donating money to the El Paso Community Foundation’s Victim Fund. The company has already given $500, and will donate $5 from every online potsticker order placed for the rest of the month of August when people use the coupon code “elpaso.”
