Austin roasters Tiny House Coffee and Rosen’s Bagels are teaming up on a new cafe as part of coworking space WeWork on 801 Barton Springs Road. The Bouldin cafe will be open to the public when it debuts on Monday, July 15.

New Rosen’s Bagels items will include an egg sandwich (made with eggs, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and Sriracha-mayonnaise) and additional schmears like kimchi lox and candied lox. Then there’s the expected dishes like the usual bagels (everything, garlic, rosemary sea salt, etc.) and spreads, sandwiches, and pizza bagels. Scope out the full menu below.

Additionally, the WeWork cafe will also feature food from meal subscription service Lucky Lime, run by former Josephine House and Jeffrey’s chef Rebecca Meeker. Of that, expect healthy bowls full of proteins, grains, and vegetables.

Tiny House’s drinks menu, featuring its beans, will include a full espresso bar (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.), and drip coffee. The roaster typically focuses on nitro cold-brew coffee kegs in offices and restaurants, as well as retail and wholesale beans.

This is Tiny House’s first physical retail location. While Rosen’s still doesn’t have its own full space, this is its second shared space after the Brew & Brew one on West 5th Street.

There aren’t exact hours available yet for the WeWork/Tiny House/Rosen’s cafe, but it will be open for breakfast and lunch daily.
