Detriot-Style Pizzeria Thinks About San Antonio
Via 313 owners Zane and Brandon Hunt are always thinking about future locations of their hit Detroit-style pizzeria and food truck. They’ve already been looking for a location up in Cedar Park, and they recently revealed to trade magazine Pizza Today that they want to expand into San Antonio, specifically the northern area of the city, at some point.

Bread Subscription Shutters
Bread subscription service Miche Bread is closing up shop this month. It will still hold its last farmers market shop on Sunday, May 5. Owner Sandeep Gyawali, who also happens to be a UT neuroscientist, started the service in 2015, where people can preorder loaves available for pick-up at specified locations. He also helped develop the bread program for brewery/restaurant the Brewer’s Table.

Mental Health Bakesale
For National Health Month, Austin bakeries are hosting pop-up Depressed Cake Shops, including Skull & Cakebones, Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop, and Le Politique. The bakeries will serve up gray baked goods with pops of color. The sale benefits NAMI Central Texas.
