Franklin Barbecue MasterClass

Austin barbecue hero Aaron Franklin launched a series of online seminars on how to smoke meats, Central Texas-style. The 16 video lessons are hosted on MasterClass, and range from the basics of managing the fire, to selecting and trimming beef, to an hour-by-hour walkthrough of how to smoke Franklin brisket. Perhaps to promote his book on grilling, there’s also a lesson on steak. The class is $90, or $180 for access to all of MasterClass’s tutorials (which range from Natalie Portman teaching acting to Dominique Ansel teaching pastry).
