The takeout shop focuses on healthy food and drink items without sugar (instead, it opts to use honey or agave as sweeteners). Beverages include smoothies with ingredients like blue algae, bee pollen, and hemp oil. While not on the menu currently, Willow will start offering freshly made juices within the next week. That lineup will include a green option and a strawberry-watermelon-lemon juice one too.
The heartier items include made-to-order toasts like the avocado with sunflower sprouts and a mash made up of whipped cream cheese, blackberries, thyme, honey, and crushed pistachios. There are also salads, soups, and miniature frittatas. Scope out the full menu below.
