Rachael Ray’s Feedback is returning to Austin during South by Southwest for its 12th year, and the chef, television host, and cookbook author has released a new menu to go along with the musical acts. Like past years, Feedback will take place on the last day of the festival, March 16, at Stubb’s Bar-B-Q on 801 Red River Street in downtown Austin.
Where last year focused on cheesy hot dogs, this year’s menu runs the gamut of festival-friendly comfort food. On deck are “Sloppy San Jose” sliders made with chorizo and beef; breakfast tacos with rajas, queso, eggs, and tots; a smoked brisket sandwich; and smoky Korean-style wings.
Food and drinks are free to attendees, and all adults over 21 are welcome, no badge necessary (which often means a very long line to get in).
Bleachers is headlining the music portion of Feedback, supported by Bob Schneider, Big Boi, a DJ set from Beastie Boys’ Mike D., Lukas Nelson, and Cautious Clay, among others, including Ray’s husband’s band, The Cringe.
Feedback is open to the public (21 years old and older) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day.
