Popular Austin brewpub Pinthouse Pizza opened its third restaurant and brewery up in Round Rock this week. It debuted on Tuesday, February 5 at 2800 Hoppe Trail.

Pinthouse picked Round Rock for its latest location because there is a demand for a brewpub like Pinthouse in this great and ever-growing area,” as co-owner and director of marketing Nicolaas Van Biene told Eater. “We would like to have our brewpubs close enough to Austin for our team to make sure it’s connected with the local community and our guests.”

Having a third brewery also ups Pinthouse’s beer production. The brewery had already started brewing up beers in the northern suburb last month, releasing its new canned beer, Crispy Waves, at the end of January.

Pinthouse’s Round Rock menu features the same pizza assortment, as well as salads, appetizers (pretzels, queso, nachos), and desserts (including beer floats). The new space features more seating than its siblings on Burnet and South Lamar.

The original Pinthouse opened on Burnet in 2012, followed by the South Lamar location in 2015. It’s already on the hunt for its fourth location too, according to Van Biene.

Pinthouse Pizza Round Rock’s hours at are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and until midnight Thursday through Saturday.
