New Museum Cafe
Texas Highways took a look at the Bullock Museum of Texas History’s new cafe, which is now run by Rosemary Catering’s chef Baron Cazares. Dishes at the Story of Texas Cafe include general salads, paninis, and build-your-own baked potatoes. Originally, the cafe was slated to be taken over by Raj Singh, who ran Live Oak Market and now-closed restaurant and market Delicious, back in 2017.
