It’s aiming to open on Friday, November 1 at 701 South Capital of Texas Highway. The menu will feature the same items as the other locations: bagels (which are now being made by Austin bagel shop Rosen’s), spreads and schmears, sandwiches (pastrami, corned beef, French dip, etc.), soups (matzo ball), and desserts (cheesecake, black-and-white cookies). Biderman’s Westlake hours will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekends. Owner Zach Biderman opened the original deli in 2017.
