The wood-fired coffee shop Summer Moon Coffee has opened its latest cafe in Round Rock. The coffee shop now has eight locations in Austin (up from four in 2017), with several others in nearby cities like San Marcos and Buda. It has also come under fire in the past for the owner’s anti-abortion stance.
