Next Level Burger, a Oregon-based vegetarian burger chain, announced it’s heading to Austin this fall. Next Level will be opening a restaurant inside the flagship Whole Foods, located at 525 North Lamar Boulevard.

Next Level Burger offers several kinds of completely veggie burgers, like an umami mushroom and quinoa or sausage patties. The menu also includes hot dogs, fries (which are available baked), sandwiches, salads, and soy- or coconut-based shakes. There’s also a breakfast menu with items like pancakes and Benedicts.

Next Level Burger currently has six locations, mostly on the West Coast. The restaurant first partnered with Whole Foods when expanding to the east coast, opening in the Fort Greene 365 store.

As part of the Friends of Whole Foods Market program, the store will operate relatively independently within the store. Lauren Evans, Friends of Whole Foods Market coordinator, told Eater, “We are always looking to grow partnerships with innovative brands like Next Level Burger that share our core values and can bring something unique and delicious to our stores.”

The flagship location of Whole Foods is currently undergoing a major renovation. The Austin-founded grocery store is also opening a 365 store, considered its more affordable version, at the Plaza Saltillo development.
