After a contentious parting with its previous space in the West Woods Shopping Center, Westlake coffee shop Trianon has relocated to its new space. Trianon opened at 3654 Bee Cave Road on Friday, November 9.
Trianon serves the same selection of coffee drinks, tea, juice, and other beverages. It also has snacks from favorite local purveyors like bagels from Wholy Bagel, breakfast tacos from Tacodeli, pastries from Quack’s bakery, and sandwiches and wraps from The Green Cart. A planned kitchen buildout will allow the shop to serve breakfast all day long. Trianon also sells specialty coffee such as single-origin, microlot, and organic varieties.
The new space, which was previously a fitness center, is significantly larger at 1,837 square feet. Trianon is taking advantage of this to provide more conference rooms for meetings.
Trianon first opened in Westlake in 1985. It closed last year after not being given the chance to renew its lease. That space was taken over by local chain Summer Moon Coffee Bar. Trianon started work on the new space, which is half a mile away, in October of 2017.
Trianon is open from Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m to 7 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Update November 15: This article has been updated to clarify that Trianon will not serve Tacodeli breakfast tacos all day.
