— Actor Natalie Portman shared her favorite Austin restaurant for vegan tacos while in the city promoting her upcoming film Vox Lux at the Austin Film Festival last week. The answer? South Congress restaurant Guero’s, which does include a dedicated vegan menu with soy meats and lots of vegetables. The last time Portman filmed a movie in Austin was director Terrence Malick’s Song to Song, which made use of local restaurants like Italian restaurant Asti and downtown spot Second Bar and Kitchen.
