Austin taco chain Tacodeli is now open at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, serving a shorter version of its lengthy menu of breakfast and lunch/dinner tacos. The taco restaurant’s sixth Austin location is found between gates 23 and 24. It opened with limited hours over the weekend, but its full hours are from 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, which means it’s the first time Tacodeli’s tacos will be available during the evenings.
The smaller menu should involve breakfast tacos filled with migas, eggs, and avocados; and then other tacos with chicken, pork, beef, seafood, and vegetables. Non-taco items should include that famed queso and salsa, soups, and salads. There is sit-down space as well.
The new Tacodeli is just one of the many new restaurant additions to come to the Austin airport. It’s part of the airport’s massive renovation and expansion project. Other taco options in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport already include Peached Tortilla and Maudies Tex-Mex.
This is Tacodeli’s sixth Austin-area location. Next up is its first-time downtown Austin restaurant, set for 301 Congress Avenue sometime early next year.
