The downtown location of Colorado-based chain Modern Market has finally announced an opening date, according to a series of posts on Instagram. The healthy fast-casual spot will be taking over space at the Frost Bank Tower, 401 Congress Avenue, opening on Monday, January 15.

Modern Market specializes in healthy foods that are allergy- and special diet-friendly. The menu should look similar to other locations, with salads, soups, sandwiches, bowls, and brick-oven pizzas. Modern Market also has a breakfast menu, which comprises waffles, sandwiches, plates, and scrambles. (It’s worth noting that Modern Market was the first national restaurant to use pasture-raised eggs nationwide.)

This is the third Austin-area location for Modern Market, which is also posted in the Arboretum and in Westlake. Like fellow healthy chain Mad Greens, Modern Market announced plans for a downtown location in 2016 before finally opening this year. It joins a bevy of new restaurants opening downtown.
