Massive Korean supermarket chain H Mart finally set the opening date for its Austin store: Thursday, February 15. The 11301 Lakeline Boulevard grocery store comes armed with its first-ever food hall Market Eatery, which will feature two new food stalls from lauded San Francisco chef Deuki Hong.

Hong, who is a member of the Eater Young Gun class of 2015, is expanding his Korean fried chicken restaurant Sunday Bird. Along with the poultry dish, it serves up pickles, bao-biscuit hybrids, bone broth, and sauces.

Hong is also opening a brand new spot, Sunday BBQ, focusing on Korean barbecue. The menu will feature two beef and two pork dishes, plus lettuce wraps, perilla leaves, and sides. Everything will be cooked on $12,000 Japanese grill for the stall, as reported by sister site Eater San Francisco.

Other stalls in Market Eatery will include Austin’s Taiwanese shaved ice company Snow Monster, another location of Korean bakery Tous Les Jours, plus sushi, Korean tofu soup, and Chinese food. For drinks, it will serve beer, wine, sake, Korean rice/plum/raspberry wines.

Right before H Mart’s and Hong’s Austin debuts, the chef will travel to PyeongChang, South Korea to cook at the Winter Olympics from February 9th through the 12th.
