Juice Girl, the popular juice bar from Houston, is making its way into Austin with a new food truck. It opens tomorrow, Saturday, September 16 on West Live Oak Street.

Juice Girl’s menu spans organic juices, vegan shakes, and smoothies. There are also smoothie and acai bowls, which are made with vegan granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, hemp seed, honey, and agave.

Owner Gretchen Todd opened the Austin location, which will be overseen by her employee Noah, who wanted to move to the city anyway. This is their way of testing the Austin market, because they plan on looking for an Austin brick and mortar within the next year. She’s also open to bringing over her vegan ice cream too. Todd already has three locations of Juice Girl in Houston, and she’s opening a fourth location next week. Those will remain open.

Juice Girl’s initial Austin hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Then it will be open from Wednesday through Sunday, with those hours to come.
