Campus noodle restaurant Look Noodles expanded its space to include a new poke spot. Look Poke officially opened in July on Guadalupe Street.
Look Poke’s simple menu focuses on poke bowls made with marinated raw tuna or salmon. The restaurant offers signature bowls, like the namesake Look Poke with salmon, spicy mayonnaise, and seaweed salad; or the Sweet one with sweet chili sauce and pineapple. Customers are able to build their own bowls as well, mixing ingredients like rice, tofu, shrimp, wasabi cream, crab meat, sesame seeds, and more.
Look Noodles opened in November 2016 with ramen, udon, rice, mochi, and more. Like the original restaurant, Look Poke’s hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Look Poke joins nearby Hawaiian dish spot Poke Bowl, which is found further north on Guadalupe. Also on Guadalupe is Don Japanese Kitchen, which features the poke donburi bowl, made with either tuna or salmon.
