Popular hot chicken trailer Tumble 22 is moving from its West 5th Street perch. It’ll take up shop at Star Bar on West 6th Street starting on Friday, July 7, presumably where street food truck Masa currently resides.

— After FBR Management takes over Fado Irish Pub on West 4th Street in 2018, the bar owners told Austin 360 they are looking to relocate into a new downtown location.

— Kyoten sushi master Otto Phan is teaming up with Apis chef Adam Brick for a special dinner with raw and cured fish, and more on Wednesday, July 19. Tickets are $100, with several seatings from 6 to 8 p.m.

— Barbecue wizard Aaron Franklin talked through his process of modifying at-home smokers with Esquire. This includes the importance of cleaning up to accurate thermometers.

— Justine's Brasserie delved into its "'jazz approach' to food" with Tribeza, serving what co-owner Pierre Pelegrin calls "French soul food," like duck confit and sliced ribeye.
