— Lines for Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar’s umami burger (where the patty was blended with oyster mushrooms) were really long during Austin Food & Wine Festival, so the northwest restaurant decided to offer the dish on its menu for a limited time. Boiler Nine Bar + Grill is offering its own take, too, with a lamb and cremini chorizo burger. It’s part of the James Beard Foundation’s Blended Burger Project, available now through the end of July.
