Delysia Chocolatier’s new truffle collection takes inspiration from Austin’s very best local restaurants and vendors. This means a Brushfire taco chocolate truffle from Torchy’s Tacos, pancakes and syrup from Kerbey Lane Cafe, brisket caramel from Salt Lick, avocado margarita from Curra’s Grill, pizza topped with pepperoni and mushrooms for Home Slice, and many others. The truffle package is part of this year’s Austin Food & Wine Festival, available only during the Grand Taste this weekend. The chocolatier has also partnered with Amy's Ice Cream to create an ice cream infused with ghost pepper chocolate bark dubbed Fire & Ice. That is available at the West 6th Street and South Congress scoop shops starting today, Friday, April 28.
