— Whoa: Uchi is expanding outside of Texas for the first time with a restaurant in Denver, Colorado. The Japanese and sushi menu will be a mix of Uchi and Uchiko offerings, and the building will include a greenhouse and community garden. It'll open sometime in 2018.
