— Three Lake Travis restaurants shuttered this month: Zack's American Bistro; Hasler Brothers Steakhouse, Cindy's Bar and Grill, and one will close over the summer: Briarcliff Bistro and Bacon Bar. — Texas' favorite highway stop Buc-ee's is suing another company. This time, it's Nebraska-based Bucks, Inc. over its similarly-named chain of gas station/convenience store Bucky's. It's looking to open in Texas in 2018. Previously, Buc-ee's sued Choke Canyon Travel Center over its logo, and Sadler's Smokehouse for increasing brisket prices.

— Real Ale Brewing Co. is among the country's top-selling breweries, according to Brewers Association. It was ranked 49 of 50.
