Shake Shack is slowly taking over Texas as the cult burger chain turns its attentions to a new city: San Antonio. It will be found in the Shearer Hills/Ridgeview neighborhood at 7427 San Pedro Avenue, near the North Star Mall.

As with all locations, it’ll offer up the same menu: ShackBurgers, chicken sandwiches, concretes, and milkshakes (actor Jude Law is a fan). For San Antonio, it’s safe to expect Texas-specific dishes like the Lockhart Link Burger, which uses a jalapeno cheese sausage link from Kreuz Market. There should a concrete collaboration with a local bakery (Austin has an Uchi one, Houston with Fluff Bake Bar, and Dallas with Emporium Pies). Perhaps Bakery Lorraine?

This will be Shake Shack’s fifth location in the state. There are two in Austin — the state's first ever one on South Lamar and then the Domain — and then Dallas and Houston.

The San Antonio Shake Shack is set to debut sometime in late 2017.
