SXSW is approaching, and amidst all of the panels, music, movies, and general networking, food will be necessary, and that’s where the SouthBites Trailer Park comes in. The festival released the list of vendors for 2017, which includes a whole lot of familiar Austin names (Chi’lantro, East Side King, Lick, etc.), as well as returning ones, and the only out-of-state one, The Happy Lobster from Chicago, and first-timers, like Houston’s The Waffle Bus.

Most notably, barbecue isn’t represented at all. Past trucks have included Kerlin BBQ in 2016 and Micklethwait Craft Meats in 2015 and 2014. A SXSW rep did tell Eater that there might be a few last-minute additions as the festival nears. Read on for the full line-up.

Yesterday, SXSW also announced two special collaborative dinners. One that groups Aaron Franklin with José Andrés and Andrew Wiseheart, and the second with Naomi Pomeroy, Michael Chernow, and Kevin Fink.

This is the fifth edition of the SXSW SouthBites Trailer Park. It will run from Friday, March 10 through Saturday, March 18 from a.m. to midnight, found in the parking lot at Driskill and Rainey streets.
