— Papi's Kitchen is aiming to bring Latin-inspired fare via delivery to Austin starting today from Cuban-American Fernando Saralegui. He was a former executive director of the Texas Hill Country Food Festival, cookbook author of Our Latin Table, and ran two restaurants in New York. For Papi’s Kitchen, he drew inspiration from David Chang's delivery-only service Ando. The menu spans Cuban sandwiches, arroz con pollo, paella varieties, empanadas (and even a guava one), and more, all available through GrubHub.
— Chronicle took a tour of Bridget Dunlap's essentially all-inclusive spot Collide ATX, including indulging in the temporary menu from current guest chefs Clayton Young and Patrick Armstrong of food truck Boca. While it noted that "at second glance, Collide ATX still seems like it's doing too much [...] a visit to the East Sixth location should serve to dispel most doubts."
— Food & Wine highlighted Winebelly as one of the country’s best neighborhood wine bars in the country.
— Two Austin beer bars are up for USA Today's favorite beer bar poll: Craft Pride and Easy Tiger. Voting ends on Monday, March 13.
