Noted Star Wars-obsessed restaurant Cane Rosso is embracing its mania by serving up Death Star-shaped ravioli this week in honor of the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Chef Josh Healy made the black house-made ravioli with squid ink pasta. It’s filled with herbed goat cheese and ricotta, served along with tomatoes, cherry peppers, poppy seeds, and lemon-butter sauce. The shape is courtesy of cookie cutters from next-door neighbor Cow Tipping Creamery, which used it for cookie-topped ice cream stacker sundaes earlier this year for Star Wars Day in May.

The film ravioli will be available starting today, Thursday, December 14 through Sunday, December 17, along with themed-drink and food specials. The Neapolitan pizzeria is also whipping up a Star Wars-themed pizza too. The C-3PO comes with three different cheeses and pepperoni on Thursday, December 15.

Likewise, Alamo Drafthouse released its annual Star Wars menu this week, which includes nerf strips aka beef skewers and lava planet popcorn. Last year, Cane Rosso's Rogue One: A Star Wars Story pie was the Roni One with tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, and bacon marmalade.
