The Austin location of Neapolitan pizzeria Cane Rosso will enter the full-time brunch game starting this Saturday, December 16. The weekend menu will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The Dallas and Houston locations of the restaurant already serve the brunch menu.

Cane Rosso’s brunch menu goes far beyond pizza, although those are available too (including a breakfast taco pizza with chorizo, serrano peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, egg, onions, and cilantro lime crema). The menu also has chicken biscuits, hashes, and Fruity Pebble waffles served with condensed milk syrup. And because it’s brunch, there are dollar mimosas, $5 carafes, and $3 Bloody Marys. Brunch isn’t the only new trick the pizzeria has up its sleeve. To commemorate the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi this week, “The Last Jedi” on December 15, Cane Rosso will serve a themed pizza on Friday, December 15. The C-3PO pie features three kinds of cheese, pepperoni, and oregano. For the film premiere day, the staff will be decked out in Star Wars garb, and there are a couple of drink specials too (bourbon and pear-based Cloud City named after a city in The Empire Strikes Back and grapefruit vodka-based Red 5, named after Luke Skywalker’s call sign).

Similarly, Alamo Drafthouse released its Star Wars: The Last Jedi-inspired menu this week, which includes roasted nerf strips (beef skewers) and Supreme Leader milkshakes.
