Tea Haus’ foray into the fast-casual restaurant business is now open for dinner service as of today starting at 6 p.m. 101 by Tea Haus can be found at 6929 Airport Boulevard, Suite #132. It will expand into lunch hours at a later date. This is the third venture for Tea Haus, which is opening two more locations and also operates Poke House.

The name is a riff on introductory college classes, with the restaurant serving culturally significant dishes from different Asian countries. The food list includes Taiwanese beef noodles, bulgogi (which can be served in tacos and sliders, or on top of tater tots and french fries), Korean chimeak (beer and chicken), and Japanese curry cutlets. Eventually, the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a full bar and grab and go options.

101 by Tea Haus will be counter service, with half of the bar focused on nonalcoholic options like sea salt creme coffee, boba milk teas, and lemonades. Pastry chef Erica Liu, aka Miss Confectionist will be making baked goods and sweets for 101, like Japanese cotton cheesecake, mochi brownies, and milk tea cookies.

The original Tea Haus serves a variety of tea and coffee beverages as well as a small menu of fried chicken and sweet brick toast, which likely will not make the transfer to 101. The new locations are planned for Ranch to Market Road 2222, and in the same plaza as impending Asian supermarket chain H Mart on Lakeline Boulevard.
