Favorite Detroit-style pizza slingers Via 313 is finally adding brunch to its lineup. Alas, it’s only available at the Rainey Street trailer in the back of Craft Pride from noon to 3 p.m. on Sundays starting on October 22.
Via 313 will fire up three brunch pizza pies that will be available. The Austinite comes with a hashbrown crust, whole eggs for every slice, and salsa dona from Tacodeli. The B.B.E. is Via’s take on French Toast in pizza form. The Pepper Adams is made with calabrese or tempeh, eggs, arugula, and shaved parmesan.
Beer bar Craft Pride will serve special brunch beers and drinks as well. This includes Independence Brewing Co.'s cherry lime sour, Martin House Brewing Company's mulled Bromance, and the Craft Chelad, a take on the Michelada made with Deep Ellum Brewing Company's Dallas Blonde beer with a chile lime-dusted salami garnish and olive.
