Biscuit fans can now get the baked goods from Olamaie delivered straight to their doors with the help of UberEats. The very popular off-menu treat will be available for both breakfast and lunch starting at 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through the food delivery app. It will be dispatched in groups of four, paired with honey butter.
This also means that the modern Southern restaurant is also delivering lunch dishes. That midday menu features a green salad with buttermilk dressing, smoked chicken salad from Dewberry Hills Farm, egg salad, pimento cheese sandwich, and the slugburger (no slugs are involved; instead, the restaurant uses beef, pork, and biscuit trim for the patties).
This new UberEats delivery service takes the place of Olamaie’s previous lunch service, which discontinued this year. The site did reveal that the downtown restaurant can be booked for private events during daytime hours, though.
This article has been updated to reflect the ingredients of Olamaie’s slugburgers.
