Everyone loves the burgers from Jacoby’s, made with fresh beef straight from the family farm out in Melvin, Texas. Now there’s a second place to grab a patty thanks to the newly-launched burger trailer Jacoby’s Just Casual, debuting today, January 19.

Jacoby’s Just Casual’s dishes include an array of burgers, from the classic, a pimento cheese-drenched one, barbecue, the ATX-Mex with mole, pico de gallo, queso, and avocado, French with dijon mustard, ham schnitzel, and gruyere, and a veggie version, and, of course, fries.

The burger trailer is parked outside of the Little Woodrow's found in Southpark Meadows. It's also available for event and party catering. Hours are 5 p.m. until late, Wednesday through Saturday.

Jacoby’s the restaurant group recently opened an upscale Mexican restaurant, Grizzelda’s, just around the corner from the East Cesar Chavez Street restaurant.
